This wine is made from these grapes: 40% Macabeu, 40% Xarel·lo, 20% Parellada.
It enjoys a second fermentation in its bottle and is aged for 20-24 months.
It is greenish in colour with some yellow overtones and has lively effervescence and crown formation. On the nose, there is white and citrus fruit aromas with nuances of sweet buns and fresh yeast. In the mouth, it is fresh and balanced.
This wine is best enjoyed with freshly-shucked shellfish, especially oysters.
