This 100% Malbec wine comes from Lieu-Dit La Pointe, so named for its location at the intersection of three towns: Mombrier, Pugnac and Lansac.
The red gravel soils limit the vegetative development of the vine to the benefit of the grapes, while a thick carpet of pebbles generates a rapid heating of the soil in the spring. Optimal ripening conditions that allow the Malbec to reveal all its complexity.
TASTING NOTE
Dress: Intense garnet.
Nose: Rich and deep on black cherry with fine woody notes.
Blocked: Ample and generous with well-coated tannins and a lot of power. Pleasant aromatic return on blackberry and cherry.
